These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of shoptriplet.com and any purchases made from Taylor's Tech Trouble & Customs Creations LLC DBA Triple T Marketplace, referred to throughout these Terms as “Triple T Marketplace,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By visiting our website, placing an order, submitting artwork, requesting custom work, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products or services.

Online Store Terms

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. By using the website or purchasing from us, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement or that you are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use our products, website, services, or content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

Products and Services

Triple T Marketplace offers a variety of merchandise and services, including custom apparel, DTF transfers and printing, embroidery, personalized products, sensory products, light-up toys, gifts, accessories, seasonal merchandise, and other retail products.

Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, limit, or replace products or services at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, descriptions, colors, sizes, and other information accurately. However, colors and appearance can vary between screens, materials, production methods, garments, and manufacturing batches.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom products are created according to information supplied or approved by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, artwork, logos, quantities, garment selections, personalization details, and other order information before production.

Once production has begun, custom orders generally cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged except when Triple T Marketplace makes an error or the product is defective.

Additional terms for custom products are contained in our Custom Order Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Artwork and Customer-Submitted Content

When you upload or provide artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, or other materials for a custom order, you represent that you own the material or have the legal right and necessary permission to reproduce it.

You grant Triple T Marketplace permission to use the submitted material solely as reasonably necessary to prepare, manufacture, fulfill, and support your order.

We may refuse to reproduce material that we reasonably believe infringes copyright, trademark, intellectual-property rights, applicable law, or our business standards.

Product Images and Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, website graphics, photographs, product descriptions, branding, logos, layouts, written content, custom artwork, and other materials created or owned by Triple T Marketplace may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, or used commercially without our permission.

Purchasing a finished custom product does not automatically transfer ownership of original design files, templates, production files, or other creative assets created by Triple T Marketplace unless we specifically agree otherwise in writing.

Pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

Despite reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, pricing, descriptions, discounts, availability, and other website information may occasionally contain errors.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or contact you regarding an affected order.

Payments

Payment is generally required before an order is processed or custom production begins.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

We may decline, cancel, limit, or hold an order when payment cannot be verified or when we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or another security issue.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax and other required charges may be calculated at checkout based on the order, delivery location, and applicable law.

Customers remain responsible for taxes or charges legally owed in connection with their purchase.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate business reasons, including product unavailability, payment problems, suspected fraud, listing errors, inability to complete requested custom work, intellectual-property concerns, or other circumstances that make fulfillment impractical or unlawful.

If we cancel a paid order before fulfilling it, we will refund eligible amounts paid for the canceled portion.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges, processing times, tracking, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, damaged packages, and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing.

Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by factors outside Triple T Marketplace's control.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged merchandise, defects, sizing issues, custom-product eligibility, and refunds are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

Custom, personalized, printed, and embroidered merchandise is generally final sale once production has started unless Triple T Marketplace makes an error or the product qualifies as defective.

Sensory Products and Toys

Some merchandise may contain small parts, batteries, lights, electronic components, cords, or other features that may not be appropriate for every age or user.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, manufacturer instructions, age recommendations, packaging, warnings, and other safety information before use.

Adult supervision should be used when appropriate.

Triple T Marketplace does not represent that every sensory product or toy is appropriate for every child, age group, developmental need, or individual circumstance.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for using merchandise according to its intended purpose and any manufacturer instructions or warnings.

Triple T Marketplace is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, alteration, improper maintenance, failure to follow safety instructions, or use inconsistent with a product's intended purpose, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

If a product listing or written custom-order agreement contains specific terms that conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms will apply to that particular transaction where legally permitted.
