Custom Order Policy

Taylor's Tech Trouble & Customs Creations LLC DBA Triple T Marketplace offers custom DTF apparel, embroidery, personalized merchandise, and other made-to-order products.
Because these products are created specifically for each customer, the following terms apply.
Customer-Provided Information
Customers are responsible for verifying all information submitted for a custom order.
This includes names, spelling, dates, phone numbers, sizing, colors, quantities, artwork, logos, wording, garment selections, print placement, embroidery placement, and other personalization details.
Triple T Marketplace is not responsible for errors that appear exactly as submitted or approved by the customer.
Artwork Quality
Customers should provide the highest-quality artwork available.
Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, improperly formatted, or otherwise unsuitable artwork may not produce the desired finished result.
Triple T Marketplace may contact the customer if artwork needs modification, replacement, or recreation before production.
Additional artwork or design charges may apply when substantial editing or recreation is required.
Colors
Colors displayed on phones, tablets, monitors, and other screens may differ from physical printed colors.
DTF ink, embroidery thread, garment materials, product materials, lighting, and manufacturing variations can also affect final appearance.
Minor color variations are not normally considered defects.
Proofs
When Triple T Marketplace provides a digital proof, the customer is responsible for reviewing it carefully before approval.
Customers should verify spelling, wording, layout, placement, sizing, colors, names, dates, and other important information.
Once a proof has been approved, Triple T Marketplace may proceed with production.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges, additional production time, or both.
Production
Production begins after payment and all required order information have been received.
Completion times depend on product availability, order quantity, artwork requirements, customization method, workload, and other production factors.
Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed unless Triple T Marketplace specifically agrees to a guaranteed deadline in writing.
Changes and Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel a custom order.
We will attempt to accommodate changes whenever possible.
Once artwork preparation, material ordering, garment ordering, embroidery setup, printing, pressing, or other production work has begun, the order may no longer qualify for cancellation or a full refund.
Costs already incurred may be deducted from any cancellation refund that Triple T Marketplace agrees to provide.
Customer-Supplied Merchandise
Triple T Marketplace may occasionally agree to print, embroider, press, or otherwise customize merchandise supplied by the customer.
Customer-supplied merchandise is decorated at the customer's risk.
Although we take reasonable precautions, printing, heat pressing, embroidery, and other customization processes involve equipment, heat, pressure, needles, inks, adhesives, and other production factors.
Triple T Marketplace cannot guarantee replacement of customer-supplied merchandise if an unexpected material reaction, manufacturing defect, equipment issue, or production problem occurs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Large and Group Orders
Customers placing business, school, team, organization, event, family, or other large orders are responsible for verifying quantities, garment styles, colors, sizes, spelling, artwork, and personalization details before production.
Reorders may vary slightly from the original order because of garment availability, manufacturer changes, dye lots, ink, thread, or other material differences.
Custom Order Returns
Custom and personalized products are generally final sale.
If Triple T Marketplace makes a production error or the merchandise is defective, contact us so we can evaluate the problem and determine an appropriate solution.
