Artwork, Logo & Copyright Policy

This policy applies to artwork submitted to Taylor's Tech Trouble & Customs Creations LLC DBA Triple T Marketplace for printing, embroidery, personalization, DTF transfers, or other custom production.

Customer Responsibility

By submitting artwork, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, characters, names, designs, or other content to Triple T Marketplace, you represent that you have the right or permission necessary to reproduce that material for your requested order.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permissions, or authorizations required for copyrighted or trademarked material.

Copyrighted and Trademarked Material

Submission of artwork does not mean Triple T Marketplace has independently verified the customer's ownership or authorization.

Triple T Marketplace reserves the right to refuse any order when we reasonably believe that reproducing the requested artwork may violate intellectual-property rights or applicable law.

This can include copyrighted characters, professional sports logos, college or school trademarks, corporate logos, entertainment properties, branded merchandise, artwork created by another artist, and other protected material.

Customer Indemnification

The customer accepts responsibility for claims resulting from artwork or material the customer provided or specifically requested us to reproduce.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the customer agrees that Triple T Marketplace is not responsible for intellectual-property violations resulting from content the customer falsely represents they are authorized to use.

Artwork Created by Triple T Marketplace

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for a finished custom product does not automatically transfer ownership of original artwork, working files, templates, production files, or design elements created by Triple T Marketplace.

If a customer purchases custom design services that specifically include ownership or transfer of artwork, those terms may be stated separately.

Refusal of Service

Triple T Marketplace reserves the right to decline custom-production requests that contain content we determine we cannot legally, safely, or appropriately reproduce.
